This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the offences under Section 153, 505(1) (b) IPC and 67 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act instead of Under Section 153, 505(1)(b) IPC and 66 A of Information Technology Act (Amendment) Act, in Crl.O.P.No.9081 of 2023 order, dated 17.05.2023.

2.Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the petition filed in support of his claim and also in view of the no objection of the learned Public Prosecutor, the above captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. For complying the said order time is extended by two weeks from today.
