ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to call for records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in No.Na.Ka.No.16103/2013/A1 dated 27.12.2013 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's property at S.No.294, Nanmangalam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

It is seen from the records, the sole petitioner died. Though this Court granted sufficient time to substitute the deceased petitioner by his legal heirs, the legal heirs failed to substitute themselves as parties to the Writ Petition. It shows that the legal heirs of the petitioner have no interest to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pursue the present Writ Petition.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
