Perused the affidavit filed in CMP Nos.12908 and 12914 of 2020.

2. Pending Second Appeal, the second appellant, Smt.V.Mani died and the petitioner herein, her son, being sole surviving legal heir of the deceased in the second appeal, the present applications are filed to set aside the abatement and bring him on record as the legal representative of the deceased second appellant.

3.Considering the facts, these applications are allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the matter for final hearing on 30.11.2020.
