PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent no.1 to entrust the investigation of the petitioner's complaint lodged under the Crime No.1999 of 2001 registered by Attur Police Station on 20.11.2001 to any impartial independent investigative agency like the Central Bureau of Investigation to trace out the culprits who have abducted the victim from the vicinity of his house on 20.11.2001 around 9 a.m. with a direction to give its report within a time limit to be stipulated by this Court and consequently direct respondent no.4 to investigate the complaint lodged by the petitioner in Cr.No.369 of 2002 and proceed against the guilty police officers for their misdemeanours and outrageous behaviour while conducting the raid on 23.02.2002 at residence of the petitioner.
