This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.4938 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, R.S.Puram Police Station, Coimbatore everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three weeks and thereafter report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., util further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4938 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
