This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash F.I.R.No.42 of 2021, dated 26.02.2021, on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, though he has filed the petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.42 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, he would submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report at the earliest.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge-sheet is made ready. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of one month from today. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
