ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, thepetitioner has filed this petition to cancel the power of attorney, which was allegedly executed in favour of the Ravichandran. However, during the pendency of the present writ petition the said Revichandran passed away. Hence, automatically the power of attorney become invalid. Accordingly, the writ petition becomes infructuous.
2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
