Crl.M.P.Nos.8200 & 8201 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.Nos.2653 & 2301 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Nos.5525 & 5526 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before VII Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.5525 & 5526 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore, on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
