This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2024. 3.
The very representation indicates that there is a dispute between the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law with regard to the right over the property. Therefore, such rights cannot be decided by the Sub-Registrar. It is for the petitioner to establish the right in the appropriate forum. 4.
With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
