Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para number 8 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11032 of 2021, dated 30/06/2021 and pass as such further orders, thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 30.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions and the petitioner agreed on his own volition agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the Mineral Foundation Trust and Rs.75,000/- to the Credit of the Chief Educational Officer, Cuddalore and till date he has not paid the amount and now in this petition he had stated that he is unable to deposit the said amount and prays to modify the said condition.

2. The submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is not acceptable and the petitioner is directed to deposit the conditional amount imposed by this Court.
