This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur, Salem District in C.M.P.No.2014 of 2021 dated 05.08.2021.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed on 01.07.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
