2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already filed a writ petition, challenging the order of the respondents, dated 11.09.2012, in W.P. No. 23595 of 2014 which is pending before this Court.

3. Hence, no useful purpose would be served, if any direction is given to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
