This application is filed for directing the respondent to furnish security for a sum of Rs.803,731/- failing which to order attachment before judgment of the immoveable property of the second respondent morefully described in the schedule to the judges summons.

2. In this application, this Court, by order dated 20.07.2015, directed the respondents to furnish security to the extent of the claim made in the application within a period of two weeks. Though the said order was communicated to the parties and they have been served with notice in this application, they have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. Their names are printed in the cause list.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the respondents have not furnished security as directed by this Court till this date.

4. Considering the fact that the respondents have not furnished the security as directed by this Court and considering the fact that they have not chosen to appear before this Court inspite of notice, this Court is left with no

option except to order attachment of the property shown in the schedule. K.RAVICHANDRABAABU.,J.

vsi Accordingly, there will be an order of attachment before judgement of the properties shown in the schedule to the judges summons, pending disposal of the arbitral proceedings.
