..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with his proceedings Na.Ka.No.5752/A5/2012 dated 19.11.2012 and on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with his proceedings Pa.Na.Ka.No.95/2012 dated 20.11.2012 and quash the same and consequently allow the petitioner to continue to serve as Secondary Grade Teacher with continuity of service and monetary benefits by granting time to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test as per G.O.Ms.No.181, Education dated 15.11.2011 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 21.09.2015 to the Registry. 2. In view of the submission of the letter dated 21.09.2015 to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the writ petition and in view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
