O R D E R
The petitioner had filed a Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to enhance the compensation as per the Award dated 02.07.2021 in L.A.O.P.No.230 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur.
2.This Court by its order dated 13.04.2022 issued a direction to the first respondent to pay the Award amount in terms of L.A.O.P.No.230 of 2020 dated 02.07.2021 within a period of twelve weeks and the same was not implemented. Hence, the present contempt petition has been filed. 3.Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent would submit that as against the said L.A.O.P, the State filed an appeal in A.S.No.453 of 2022, the Hon'ble Division Bench granted an order of interim stay in C.M.P.No.16356 of 2022 in A.S.No.453 of 2022 dated 26.09.2022. 2/4
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench and there is no willful disobedience or contempt to this Court. Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed.
