(CR.NO.6 OF 2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondent to fix a date for my appearance and enquiry in Crl.O.P.No.8286 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.V.SAIRAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner who is staying in Dubai is coming back to India and that he will appear before the respondent police on 26.06.2019.

2. The said submission is recorded and there shall a direction to the petitioner to report before the respondent police on 26.06.2019 at 11.00 a.m. and the respondent police shall proceed further with the enquiry in accordance with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8286 of 2019 dated 29.03.2019.

3. This Criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of with the above direction.
