Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. praying to withdraw the C.C.No.1963 of 2014 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, transfer the same to Ambatur II Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Thiruvallore District.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the C.C.No.1963 of 2014 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, transfer the same to Ambatur II Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Thiruvallore District.

2. The reasons stated in the affidavit to transfer the C.C.No.1963 of 2014 from the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, now cannot be considered since the presiding officer of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore has already been changed as such this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer sought for in this petition.

3. However, considering the case is of the year 2014, the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.1963 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
