PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order and decreetal order dated 15.11.2016 in I.A.No.45 of 2015 in HMOP.No.275 of 2015 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram.

O R D E R

This revision petition is directed against the order and decreetal order dated 15.11.2016 in I.A.No.45 of 2015 in HMOP.No.275 of 2015 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram. 2.

When the matter is called today i.e. on 20.03.2017, the

learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner would submit that the PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J tsi subject matter of the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same may be recorded and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

''The petitioner and respondent have joined together on 09.03.2017 and are living together since then. Hence, this CRP has become infructuous with liberty to file similar memo before the lower court to withdraw all other petitions.''

The learned Counsel for the respondent would also accept the same.

Recording the said statement of the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to proceed further to withdraw the other proceedings pending. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
