Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.817 of 2013 and the same were ordered on 16.12.2013.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PAUL GNANAMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R. RAVICHANDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the conditional order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2013 in Crl.A.No.817 of 2013 dated 16.12.2013 and the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order regularly without fail. But, due to the reason stated in the affidavit, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks relaxation of this Court order dated 16.12.2013.

2. On perusal of the available records, it shows that the appeal is pending for more than four years, therefore this petition for relaxation is not at all entertainable at this stage and this Court is not inclined to grant relaxation order and the main criminal appeal itself can be taken up for final hearing. Hence, this petition is dismissed.

3.
