ORDER

The Revision petitioner/defacto complainant has filed this Criminal Revision challenging the judgment passed in STC No.3118 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur dated 23.05.2014, sentencing the accused to pay a fine of Rs.500/-, in default, to undergo Simple Imprisonment for one week.

2. From the records it is found that the matter had been referred to the Mediation for settlement and as per the Mediation report received, it is noted that the matter had been settled between the complainant and the accused as per the terms of undertaking made by the accused and the acceptance thereof by the complainant.

4. In the light of the abovesaid factors, this Criminal Revision is disposed of in terms of the undertaking entered into between the parties aforestated at mediation.
