..Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents 1 and 2 from granting Building Demolition Approval for the premises being Door No.104 (Old No.46) Cathedral Road, Chennai - 600 086, known as 'Garuda Buildings', during the continuance of the physical possession and occupation of the petitioner, in the said premises.

ORDER

This Court by an order dated 28.10.2021, referred the parties for mediation. The parties appeared before the mediator and they have arrived at a settlement. The Memorandum of Settlement arrived between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent has been filed along with the mediation report.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the 3rd respondent submitted that the matter has been settled in terms of the memorandum of settlement.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of settlement dated 23.02.2022 and the terms of settlement shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. * Xerox Copy of Memorandum of Settlement is enclosed.
