This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to C.C.No.239 of 2017 against Crime No.2932 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, Chennai and quash the same.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the C.C.No.239 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
