2. The land delivery receipt has been produced by Mr.N.Inbanathan, Additional Government Pleader in which it is stated that the land had been handed over to the Head Master, Government High School, Veerapuram - 603109 by the Revenue Inspector, Nerumbur Circle, Thirukazhukundram, Taluk.

3. In view of the above, it is stated that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Additionally, it is pertinent to note that there is no representation for the petitioner today, and even in the earlier hearing date also.

4. Recording the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
