Respondents PRAYER in both WPs: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.8400/A1/2005-1 dated 02.05.2007 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to make promotions based on the State wide Seniority list of the 2nd Respondent on 11.12.1989 which were confirmed by the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal in OA No.1370/1990 and upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and to provide retrospective benefits to this petitioner is concerned herein.
