O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents SBI Cards and Payments Services Ltd to provide information to 27 point to point wise information as specified in the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2020 and 28.09.2020 sent by as a SBI Credit Card Customer with regard to SBI Credit Card No. 4006 6610 1787 8864 vide A-c No. 0004006661013314906.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he availed credit card facilities and also paid the amount. Thereafter, the petitioner made RTI letter on 01.09.2020 to the first respondent under the Right to Information Act for information with 27 point to point wise regarding SBI Credit card No.4006 6610 1787 and the first respondent has refused to provide information under the RTI Act. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The petitioner (party-in-person) submitted that as against in action of the respondents, there is an effective remedy available before the Central

Information Commission. In this regard, this Court may permit the petitioner to approach the Central Information Commission within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court permits him to approach the Central Information Commission for getting appropriate remedy.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
