O R D E R

The petitioner-husband in a matrimonial proceedings, has filed this revision seeking speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.1066 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore.

Though notice was served on the respondent as early as on 09.09.2015 till today, the matter has been posted only for filing of the counter. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition to the Court below seeking a direction to dispose of the H.M.O.P within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Family Judge, Coimbatore cannot keep pending these kind of applications for want of counter being filed. Due to this, the parties are put to hardship. Hence, the learned Additional Family Judge, Coimbatore is directed to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the H.MO.P.No.1066 of 2015 on or before 30.04.2017.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
