Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to quarry and transport the quarried mineral on payment of necessary seigniorage from the lease granted government stone quarry (Karadu Promboke) measuring 2.22.0 Hec Comprised in S.F.No.176 (Part) (Bit-3) situated in in Pottanam village Senthamangalam Taluk Namakkal District for period of one year from the date of expiry of lease period mentioned in the lease agreement i.e. from 02/09/2021 or from the date of permitting the quarry operations.
