2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust. However, in the order it has been reflected as Rs.20,000/- to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust. Hence, the petitioner seek for a modification.
3. In view of the typographical error made in the order, this Court is inclined to rectify the same. Hence, the paragraphs 6 and 9 in the order shall be read as follows:
"6. In view of the rehabilitation undertaken under the Tamil Nadu District Mineral Foundation Rules, 2017, and in order to curb the illegal sand mining activities, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court.

9. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be 1/3
released on bail on condition to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)" by way of Demand Draft/RTGS/NEFT to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust concerned and on such deposit and on receipt of proof of payment, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Neyveli, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that:"
4. Hence, the Registry is directed to issue the corrected order copy to the parties.
