Cr.No.171 of 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30a.m on the first working day of every month until further orders in Bail order granted to the petitioner, on 02.03.2020 in Cr.M.P.No. 2546 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 32902 of 2019 in Cr.No. 171 of 2019 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 02.03.2020 in Crl.MP.No.2546 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.32902 of 2019 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 02.03.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of every month till filing charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
