ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner or his family members in respect of the suit schedule property relating to A.S.No.95 of 2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Crime No.155 of 2014 is pending and this petitioner is required for enquiry in this case.

4. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit himself to the respondent for interrogation and enquiry.

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
