O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 4.8.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for a joint patta along with the other legal heirs with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally belonged to the father of the petitioner. After the demise of her parents, the petitioner claims that the property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vested on the legal heirs. The further case of the petitioner is that a joint patta was issued by leaving out the name of the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, made a representation on 4.8.2020 in this regard. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 4.8.2020 and conduct an enquiry by issuing notice to all the interested persons and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
