PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 06.07.2018 for the revision of timings in respect of Vehicle number - TN-38/AW/9669 plying on the Town Service Route No.24 "Ukkadam to Kalapatti" by convening time conference forthwith.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 06.07.2018 for the revision of timings in respect of Vehicle Number TN-38-AW-9669 plying on the Town Service Route No.24, between "Ukkadam to Kalapatti." The grievances of the petitioner is that she filed an application for the revision of timings for the above route by convening time conference forthwith, so far no meeting was convened by the respondent, hence, the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that already enquiry has commenced, notice was issued and the petitioner has to furnish the documents, in the enquiry.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, as the enquiry already commenced, is in suffice to direct the respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of four weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the petitioner is also directed to furnish necessary documents sought by the respondent.

4. *With the above direction the Writ petition is disposed of . No costs.
