ORDER
The order dated 10.01.2014 issued by the Assistant Engineer, is under challenge in the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.There was a dispute during the relevant point of time between the petitioner and the builder. However, the transformer was erected by the TANGEDCO authorities and functioning as of now.
3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the TANGEDCO made a submission that, shifting of the transformer is possible only if the person submitting an application, pays the required charges.
4.Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities of the TANGEDCO for shifting of the transformer and in the event of complying with all the requirements, the authorities shall consider the feasibility, take a decision, and act accordingly.
5.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
