This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.12587 of in Crl.O.P.No.14603 of 2023 dated 22.08.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
