ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 22.07.2021 and remanded to judicial custody on 23.07.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No. 345 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the partner of the first accused company. He used to purchase the order for the company the de facto complainant and had purchased the goods worth about Rs.1,00,52,027/- and out of which he had paid Rs.56,80,000/- and the balance amount was not repaid when the defacto complainant asked the petitioner to repay the balance amount the petitioner threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is a proposal to invoke Goondas Act proposal against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are seven cases already pending and considering the serious allegations against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
