The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.2 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
sheet was filed before the Mahila Court, Salem.
3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.2 of 2013, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
