C.M.P. No.14822 of 2024 and C.M.A. No.1247 of 2020 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection for allowing this petition. This petition has been filed to restore the appeal which was dismissed for non prosecution as against R6 to R9.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for and the appeal is restored to file.
