Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the appearance of the 1 & 2 petitioners before the IX metropolitan magistrate court transfer to FTC-III, saidapet, chennai in C.C.No.6032 of 2016 and pass. Crl.M.P.No.8740 of 2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.NEDUNCHEZHIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. P.GOVINDARAJAN, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are Additional Director and Director and they have no role to play in the present complaint. No overt act had been attributed to them in the notice of dishonour of the cheque as well as the complaint.

2. Notice to the respondent returnable by 07.08.2017. Private notice is also permitted.

3. Post the matter on 07.08.2017

4. Personal appearance of the petitioners in connection with the C.C.No.6032 of 2016 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, transfer to, FTC-III, Saidapet, Chennai is dispensed with till then.
