All these applications i.e., five original applications and three applications have been listed under the caption 'FOR REPORTING SETTLEMENT'.

Ms.Madhupreetha Elango, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for applicant in all the five original applications as well as the three applications and Mr.Akshay Bathia, learned counsel representing Mr.Abishek Jenasenan, learned counsel on record for respondents 1, 2 and 5 in all the five original applications and three applications are before this Court.
3. Both the learned counsel before this Court submit that all the parties to these eight applications have arrived at a settlement and crystallised the same in the form of a memo of compromise captioned 'Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 26.11.2019' (hereinafter 'said JMOC' for brevity).

4. It is submitted by both learned counsel before this Court that the terms of compromise have been adumbrated in JMOC.
5. Adverting to Clause 12 of JMOC, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 5 submits that payments to be made by fifth respondent to first respondent have since been duly made.
6. Both the learned counsel make a common request in unison that all the eight applications may please be disposed of in terms of JMOC. It is submitted by both learned counsel that all the parties to the eight applications have signed the said JMOC in the presence of one another and their respective counsel. On this basis, considering the location of various parties, a request is made to dispense with the presence of all the parties for recording JMOC. Considering the nature of the settlement that has been arrived at and considering the terms of JMOC, this request is acceded to.
7. All the five original applications and three applications are disposed of in terms of JMOC, which shall form part of this common order. vsm 11.12.2019 2/3
