This petition is filed to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order dated 27.11.2019 made in W.P.No.30740 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned State Government Pleader appearing for the appellants.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned State Government Pleader appearing for the appellant and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
