ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to evict the encroachment made by the respondents 4 to 6 as proposed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.851/2015/E2, dated 30.09.2015, as found in Survey Nos.15, 16, 17 and 32 of the Kunampatti-Ettipatti Village, Krishnagiri District, being a cart track within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter came up, the learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the 2nd respondent removed all the encroachment on 17.12.2015 and hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
