ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members in connection with Crime No.Not known of 2015 with reference on the file of the second respondent police, Central Police Station, Tiruppur District, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by one Rathnapandi, petition enquiry in CSR No.67/2014 was conducted by the police and during the enquiry the petitioner and the said Rathnapandi had arrived at a compromise, namely the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.64,500/-. Thereafter, the petition enquiry has been closed. Under such circumstances, the petitioner shall not be harassed on this complaint..

4. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observation.
