Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.932/2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DMH PARTNERS, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced certified copies of Ex R1 to R4. On a perusal of the same, it is seen that the respondents, after separating from the petitioner, has been living with one Jeyapal and the lower court seems to have not considered these aspects in proper perspective.

This court based on the prima basie view, is inclined to stay the order impugned. Accordingly, There shall be an order of interim stay. Notice.
