This petition is filed to condone the delay of 48 days in preferring the present LPA as against the order dated 26.03.2024 made in Suo Motu Contempt Petition No.132 of 2024.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number LPA, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission tomorrow i.e. on 21.06.2024.
