The present appeal is filed as against the Misc. Order No. 155 of 2011 dated 29.03.2011 in ST/Appeal No. 276/2006 of the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the 2\4

learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has settled the case under SABKA VISHWAS (LDR) SCHEME, 2019 and she may be permitted to withdraw the appeal. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.
