ORDER

Petitioner made an application before the first respondent for issuance of family card. In the said application, the petitioner included the following documents:

i) Statement of the petitioner ii) Statement of General Public iii) Certification issued by the Village Administrative Officer, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

iv) Certificate issued by the Revenue Inspector v) Certificate issued by the Taluk Civil Supplies Department

2. Despite the same, no Family Card has been issued till now hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Considering the above and taking note of the pendency of the application for over a period of two years, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by taking into consideration, the documents filed by the petitioner.
