The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 09.10.2015 seeking the election of new office bearers to the third respondent Mosque in accordance with law within the time fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter came up for consideration, learned counsel for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the election of new office bearers to the third respondent Mosque would be conducted within a period of three months.

3. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, I am of the view that there is no need to issue a specific direction to the first respondent.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
