ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.04.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court, directed the Registry to list the writ petition under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.04.2024. On 18.04.2024, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Again, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 15.04.2024. Subsequently, when the matter was listed under the same caption and taken up for hearing on 2.12.2025 and 3.12.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court has no option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
