S. Ganesan (Deceased) v. T. Sarala

C.M.P.No.14884 of 2021 in A.S.No.302 of 2021 P.T.ASHA.J., The above first appeal has been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 29.06.2015 passed by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore in O.S.No.89 of 2013.

Mr.C.Vediappan, learned Counsel, appeared on behalf of the respondents.

2.Considering the fact that this suit is one for partition, there shall be an order of interim stay for passing of final decree alone, till the disposal of the second appeal. Accordingly, the CMP is ordered.
