This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 30.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7326 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.4469 of 2024 to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and three weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stands cancelled.
